We are fully insured & committed to helping clients make confident decisions.

Tim is the lead inspector & has over 20 years in the Home Inspection industry having done over 500 Inspections.

3 Lakes Home Inspection is led by the same inspector who owned & operated B C Home Inspection in Boulder County for over 20 years. The business name has changed, but the experience, standards, & commitment to thorough inspections remain the same.

We have built 17 homes & remodeled over 370 homes with over 35 years in the construction industry.

We now reside in Grand County and we are bringing this Home Inspection Business to Grand County.

We are a mobile Home Inspection Service & do not operate from a public office. We travel to properties & serve clients throughout Grand County
