We are fully insured & committed to helping clients make confident decisions.

Tim is the lead inspector & has over 20 years in the Home Inspection industry having done over 500 Inspections..

Tim has built 17 homes & has remodeled over 370 homes with over 35 years in the construction industry.

Tim now resides in Grand County and is bringing his Home Inspection Business to Grand County.

We are a mobile Home Inspection Service & do not operate from a public office. We travel to properties & serve clients throughout Grand County
